Celia the Lhasa Apso mix

Celia is an 8-9 year old Lhasa mix (perhaps wiith Yorkie or Silkie Terrier?) who is a mellow housedog.  She has KCS, or dry eye, which requires drops in both eyes twice a day. She gets along great with other pets.  Celia has a super curly tail right at the end (I call it her Dr Suess tail!), which she wags and wags when you hold her.  She has been spayed, heartworm tested negative, fully vaccinated, microchipped and has also had a full dental cleaning.
